This is my second video on cooking eggs in stainless steel. Today I show a fried egg instead of scrambled. It is important to use a lower starting heat when doing this style. If you start to get sticking use a firm scrape across the bottom of the pan to keep it free of any egg bonding to the metal. It is also important to use a flat edge spatula instead of one that is rounded.
